A 48-year-old Hellertown man who was already incarcerated in a Virginia federal prison on a possession of child pornography conviction when he was arrested earlier this year pleaded guilty to charges of indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child in Northampton County Court Friday, the Morning Call reported.

Jeffery T. Copeman, of the 500 block of Tobias Drive, was accused of drugging and videotaping a naked girl when she was between seven and eight years old, beginning in 2008, and is scheduled to be sentenced in January, the article stated.

Copeman is not listed as a registered sex offender on the Megan’s Law website maintained by Pennsylvania State Police.
