Bistro is hoping for a fur-ever home soon! He is a six-year-old male who has called the shelter home for more than four years. You can adopt Bistro for just $25 this month, and he really hopes you do, as he deserves to spend the rest of his life in a home where he has a bed and food bowl of his own.
For those who adopt pets this week, there will also be a low-cost vaccine clinic at the Hanover Township Community Center with Dr. Isabelle Jammes, 3660 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem, on Sunday, Jan. 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Rabies, distemper, bordetella and Lyme disease vaccinations will be available along with heartworm/Lyme testing, FIV/FELV testing, microchipping and nail trimming.
For more information about Bistro and other pets in need, please visit the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton (Williams Township), PA 18042, or call 610-252-2722.
