In a news release issued Thursday, police said Scott Anthony Laub, 21, of the 1000 block of Main Street, was arrested after officers received a report of a man “lying against the fence at the retention pond” at 3667 Rt. 378, which is near the Exxon gas station, at about 12:45 p.m.
