Walter R. Young, 70, of Bethlehem Township, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 at Old Orchard Health Care Center, Bethlehem Township.
Walter R. Young, 70, of Bethlehem Township, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 at Old Orchard Health Care Center, Bethlehem Township. He was born in Bethlehem on March 5, 1947 to the late Ralph Young and Dorothy M. (Pfeifer) Young. Walter was a concrete mixer/driver and loader for Trans Mix, Bethlehem, from 1972 to 1995.
SURVIVORS
Children: Scott K. (Kara J.) Young of Hellertown, Kimberly J. Young of Wilson; siblings: Robert J., Phyllis (Joseph) Adamek, Sharon L. Sell, all of Bethlehem, Carol A. Martinez of Easton; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings: Kenneth M., Dennis P., Betty J. Hoffman, Richard and Joan.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2017 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at New Jerusalem Cemetery, Lower Saucon Township.
