Louise D. Leidich, 88, of Hellertown, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018 at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township. She was the wife of the late Clyde M. Leidich, who died July 14, 1992. Louise was born in Tinicium Township on June 5, 1930 to the late Hiram and Reevie (Diehl) Beer. She owned and operated the former J&L Meats, Hellertown for seven years until 1992. Louise was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Durham.
SURVIVORS
Sons: Gary E. (Lisa) Leidich of Hellertown, Dale M. Sr. (Eva) Leidich; siblings: Martin Beer of Perkasie, Mary Beer of Trenton, N.J.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings: Elsie Lutz, Lucy Frankenfield, Florence Allen, Evelyn Wismer, Grace Thomas, Hiram, Paul, Francis.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown.
