Robert J. Romig, 81, of Lower Saucon Township, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2018 at his residence. 
He met his wife, Lina (Markert) Romig, in Grossalmerode, Germany, and they married on June 30, 1957. Robert was born in Hellertown on Sept. 2, 1936 to the late Charles B. and Edna (Groff) Romig. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army during peacetime. Robert was a salesman for Fromm Electric, Bethlehem, for 54 years until his retirement. He was a life member of Northend Wanderers AA & the Jefferson Democratic Club, both of Bethlehem.

In addition to his loving wife; sons: Michael (Lori) of Bethlehem, Barry (Patricia) of Spencer in West Virginia, Peter (Linda) of Bethlehem; sisters: Elsie Berger of Bethlehem Township, twin Roberta Severn of Lower Saucon Township, Linda (Sam) Gentile of Allentown; grandchildren: Matthew, Tiffany, Danielle, Jenelle; great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Alexis, Sean, Jay; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers: Charles, Donald.
