Jeffrey Scott Wrecsics, 33, was arrested Friday on charges of strangulation (Felony 2), simple assault-domestic violence (Misdemeanor 2) and recklessly endangering another person (Misdemeanor 2), according to police and court records.

Police said in a post on their Crimewatch website that Wrecsics was arrested Friday evening at the property of a relative on Wrecsics Road.

Following a preliminary arraignment before District Judge Regina Armitage on Saturday, Wrecsics was committed to Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

According to court records, his bail was posted Saturday by professional bondsman Raymond Winegrad of Morrisville, Bucks County.

A preliminary hearing for Wrecsics is scheduled for Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. before Armitage.
