Police on Scene of Main Street Crash in Hellertown

Hellertown police were at the scene of an accident in the 700 block of Main Street outside Trendz of Saucon Valley Friday night.

Photos taken by a witness appear to show a black or dark grey SUV on the sidewalk and next to the building, which is located at 758 Main Street near the police station.

There is no word yet about what may have caused the accident, whether any other vehicles were involved or whether anyone was injured in the crash, which happened shortly before 10 p.m.

Motorists should avoid the area and expect possible delays if they are driving on Main Street in the 700 block.
