In a news release issued Wednesday, police said they observed Michael A. Repsher, 37, of Hellertown, and Ashley Leann Walters, 25, of Bethlehem, fighting when they arrived at the scene.

Upon further investigation police said they found a syringe containing a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine in Repsher’s possession.

He was transported to a hospital for evaluation after becoming sick at the scene, police said, and will be charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Walters was cited for disorderly conduct and released at the scene, police said.
