In one of those cases from 2017, an area woman was raped and held prisoner at the Holiday Inn on Cherry Lane in Bethlehem.

Following a December jury trial, Seth R. Mull was found guilty on numerous counts including aggravated assault, rape, strangulation, sexual assault, kidnapping with intent to inflict terror, false imprisonment, involuntary servitude and trafficking, and he remains a suspect or is charged in cases involving sexual abuse and/or human trafficking elsewhere in the U.S.

Channel 69 News reported that Mull’s attorney argued unsuccessfully at trial that the women were his consensual partners, and that there were inconsistencies in the evidence presented by the state.

Since being found guilty in December, Mull has been charged with one count of Felony 3 promoting prostitution in a case that dates from August 2018, when he was already incarcerated on the rape and other earlier charges.
