The April opening of PA House, pictured above, on Front Street in Hellertown was a huge local business story as well as an important redevelopment milestone in the borough. Owners Franco and Rachel DiCarlo spent two years renovating a former auto shop near the Saucon Rail Trail into a bar and restaurant that has since become a gathering place for the community.
