The weather isn’t the only thing that’s heating up. This spring and summer, the Promenade Saucon Valley plans to welcome several local businesses to its expanding lineup of retail, dining and service-based establishments.

According to a news release from the shopping center, Mental Strength Ritual, The Hive and Dolly’s Boutique will offer shoppers new experiences in wellness, fashion and ways to connect with their community.

Mental Strength Ritual will open in Suite 610, next to Altar’d State, where it will offer transcranial mental stimulation; a type of neurotherapy that has been said to offer mental health benefits.

Opening next to American Eagle in Suite 420 will be the Hive, a vendor market which will feature a diverse mix of handcrafted goods, apparel, accessories and home décor from local artisans and emerging brands. The Hive currently has locations in Nazareth and Allentown.

Dolly’s Boutique will open in Suite 103, next to L.L. Bean, and will offer a selection of prom dresses, wedding apparel and more.

“These three additions bring an exciting mix of wellness, creativity and style to Promenade Saucon Valley,” said Patrick Turner, general manager of Promenade Saucon Valley, in the release. “We’re always looking for ways to enhance our tenant lineup with businesses that offer something special to our community, and Mental Strength Ritual, The Hive and Dolly’s Boutique each bring a unique energy to the center.”

Dolly’s Boutique, The Hive and Mental Strength Ritual will join other establishments that have recently opened at Promenade Saucon Valley or announced plans to open there in the future. Among those businesses are Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Color Me Mine and Sephora (opening in 2026).

Promenade Saucon Valley is located at 2845 Center Valley Parkway in Center Valley. To view the center’s directory, learn about upcoming events and more, visit PromenadeSauconValley.com.
