After spending eight years serving Allentown, Albert Hechme has brought a Mediterranean twist to South Bethlehem. The Hummus House recently opened at 518 E. Third Street, on the first floor of the Five 10 Flats building.

Five Maidens Cider Company in Bethlehem was born out of Andrew David's and Brian Williams' desire to make hard cider due to a family member's celiac disease diagnosis. The business will host a grand opening at its 327 Polk Street cidery on Nov. 17.
