Joan M. Pell, 53, of Lower Saucon Township, died Jan. 29, 2016 at Old Orchard ManorCare, Easton. She was the wife of Mark C. Pell. Joan was born in Mineola, N.Y., on May 5, 1962 to the late Tim and Blaina (Tidmarsh) Watson. She was the owner/operator of Paws to Pavement Pet Care. Joan was an avid dog lover, rescuer and animal advocate. She also loved spending time in her garden and hula hooping.
SURVIVORS
In addition to her loving husband of 27 years; daughters Kaitlyn C., Samantha N. and Alaina P., all at home; sisters: Dale Maier of Hemet, Calif., and Carole Moore of Harrisville, N.Y. She was predeceased by her brother: Mike Watson.
