Bernadine K. Kradjel, 83, of Hellertown, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Kradjel Sr. She was born in Northampton on Jan. 18, 1933 to the late Matthias P. Sr. and Mary (Pisarcik) Kovalcik. She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Bethlehem.

Children: Cynthia Lee (Raymond A.) Kradjel-Pruzinsky of New Rochelle, N.Y., Richard J. Jr. (Barbara A.) of Bronxville, N.Y., David J. of New York City; siblings: Mary Kovalcik of Cementon, Johanna Fabik of Whitehall, Hermina Braerman of Aberdeen, Md., Joseph Kovalchik of Northampton; grandchildren: Max Paul V and Anita K. Pruzinsky, Andrew R. and Brian Kradjel. She was predeceased by siblings: Charles T., Matthew P., Paul F. Edward S., Cyril M., Benjamin B., Matthias P. Jr., Caroline Fella.
SERVICE
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem. Interment will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Bethlehem. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
