A man has been charged with theft and harassment, after Lower Saucon Township Police say he stole a total of $980 from his parents on three separate occasions and argued with his mother May 12, allegedly grabbing her arm and pulling her “while yelling in her face,” according to a news release issued Wednesday.

Police said the alleged incident involving Anthony Bas, 32, no address given, occurred in the 1500 block of Willowbrook Drive, with the alleged thefts taking place between April 12 and May 12.

Bas was initially taken into custody on a Lehigh County warrant for a probation violation and committed to Lehigh County Prison, the news release said.

He was video-arraigned on the township charges by District Judge David Tidd on Wednesday, with Tidd setting bail at 10 percent of $25,000, police said.
