An Ottsville, Bucks County, woman is charged with DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, after Lower Saucon Township Police say she was discovered asleep in her car–which was allegedly blocking traffic–at the rear of the Saucon Square shopping center parking lot on Rt. 378 on the morning of May 14.

In a news release issued Tuesday, police said Melinda C. Miller, 53, of the 7500 block of Easton Road, “had stopped to sleep” and was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and “numerous glass pipes for smoking cocaine as well.”

Miller was also “found to be under the influence of cocaine and marijuana,” police said.

Following her arrest police said Miller was taken to Bucks County Prison by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department because of an outstanding warrant on a probation violation.
