A Lower Saucon Township teen is accused of selling marijuana to a confidential informant during drug buys arranged in August; buys which authorities say led to the discovery of pot and various types of drug paraphernalia in his Glen View Drive home following the execution of a search warrant obtained by the Northampton County Drug Task Force Aug. 18, WFMZ-TV Channel 69 News reported Friday.

According to the story, Kenneth Reid Grimm Jr., 19, was being surveilled by police when he allegedly left his home to meet with the informant in a car and later at a pre-arranged location.

Online court records indicate that Grimm was released on $50,000 unsecured bail by District Judge Elizbeth Romig-Gainer after being arraigned Thursday on two felony charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility (Felony 3) and misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia; charges filed by Hellertown Police Investigator Michael Dattilio.

A preliminary hearing before Romig-Gainer is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 30 at 11:15 a.m.
