Man Rolled Car Off Banko Lane, Police Say

An Upper Saucon Township man was cited for allegedly driving at an unsafe speed after Lower Saucon Township police say he failed to negotiate a right curve in Banko Lane early Tuesday.

An Upper Saucon Township man was cited for allegedly driving at an unsafe speed after Lower Saucon Township police say he failed to negotiate a right curve in Banko Lane, left the roadway and rolled his vehicle onto its roof in some woods shortly after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

In a news release issued Thursday, police said Michael McDonald, 18, of the 1900 block of Flint Hill Road, was not injured in the single vehicle accident.

Banko Lane--which connects Lower Saucon Road and Drifting Drive--features several sharp curves.
