It was another outstanding weekend for the Saucon Valley Panther wrestling program. All three levels of the program (high school, junior high and youth) showcased their skills and again put together a weekend of impressive performances in and outside the Lehigh Valley.
The Saucon Valley high school team traveled to central Pennsylvania and went 5-0 on Saturday to win the Juniata Duals. The Panthers are now 15-0 for the season and still in pursuit of a 5th consecutive Colonial League title.

- WON 71 – 6 v. Trinity
- WON 48 – 27 v. Susquehanna Township
- WON 60 – 18 v. Penns Valley
- WON 68 – 9 v. Ligonier Valley
- WON 45 – 23 v. Pottsville (Championship Final)
The junior high wrestling team hosted a round-robin tournament in the Middle School gym on Saturday and finished 3-1.

- lost 45 – 40 v. Parkland
- WON 52 -21 v. Whitehall

On Sunday, the Saucon Valley youth wrestlers took a little road trip to Whitehall High School where they defeated Parkland Grey (58 – 31) and Nazareth Blue (72 – 20) in VEWL league contests. The Panthers clinched first place in the Northeast Division and now look to repeat as Valley Elementary Wrestling League champs on Saturday, Jan. 28 or Sunday, Jan. 29.
