A Bethlehem man is charged with two counts of felony manufacturing, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics after he was allegedly found to be in possession of two baggies of crack cocaine, a baggie of methamphetamine and a scale with a white powdery substance on it following a traffic stop near Main Street and Kichline Avenue in Hellertown early Sunday, according to court records and an article published by WFMZ.com.

According to the story, Justin Manuel Mojica, 26, was stopped at 12:30 a.m. for failing to dim his high beams for oncoming traffic, and police subsequently found that he was driving on a license suspended because of a DUI conviction.

Court records indicate Mojica is also charged with several misdemeanors and remains incarcerated in Northampton County Prison after failing to post $75,000 straight bail following a preliminary arraignment before District Judge Robert A. Hawke Sunday.

A preliminary hearing before District Judge Elizabeth Romig-Gainer is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 24.

Mojica is being represented by public defender Vanessa M. Nenni of Bethlehem, the records indicate.
