On Saturday, July 22, Jessica Kolvites of Bath, Pa., the daughter of Susan Yale of Hellertown, Pa., and David Kolvites of Kingwood Township, N.J., married Eric Mantz Jr., of Bath, the son of Eric and Caroline Mantz of Lower Saucon Township, Pa., in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Horseshoe Bend Park in Frenchtown, N.J. The Rev. Larry McVay officiated.
The maid (dog) of honor Ellie May Mantz is the couple’s one-year-old chocolate lab. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousin Sydney Hennessey and longtime best friend Alexandra Harte.
The groom’s best man was longtime friend Tim Carver. The bride’s brother, Jacob Kolvites, and the groom’s cousin, Brian Anthony, served as ushers.
The newlyweds are both graduates of Saucon Valley High School. The bride graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and is a teacher of the visually impaired for Colonial IU. The groom is a welder/fabricator at E.M. Kutz.
The couple will spend their honeymoon four-wheeling in Tennessee and West Virginia.
