Woman Wanted by Springfield Township Police on Forgery Charges

A Lancaster woman and former resident of Upper Bucks County is wanted by Springfield Township Police on more than 85 charges, including 21 counts of Felony 2 Forgery, according to police and court records.

A Lancaster woman and former resident of Upper Bucks County–according to her Facebook profile–is wanted by Springfield Township Police on more than 85 charges, including 21 counts of Felony 2 Forgery, according to police and court records.

Stephanie Nekoranik, 24, is also charged with 22 counts of theft, 21 counts of fraud and numerous counts of receiving stolen property after police say she allegedly stole “multiple personal/business checks from a known person, writing various amounts out to herself and then forging a signature in order to deposit/cash the stolen checks at multiple bank locations in Pennsylvania and New York.”

A warrant has been issued for Nekoranik’s arrest on all of the charges she is facing.

Nekoranik, who turns 25 on Aug. 26, is described as white and 5 feet 6 inches tall, with blonde hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Springfield Township Police Department by calling 610-982-5411 or submitting a tip through their Crimewatch website.
