In a news release Tuesday, police said Elijahwon Langenfeld, 23, of the 1100 block of Pine Grove Circle, was stopped for allegedly driving a vehicle with an expired inspection and without insurance.

Police said the marijuana was then discovered, and Langenfeld was also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Following a preliminary arraignment Langenfeld was released on $10,000 unsecured bail, police said.
