Anna P. (Pusch) Rushetski, 95, of Lower Saucon (OBITUARY)

Anna P. (Pusch) Rushetski, 95, of Lower Saucon Township, formerly of South Whitehall Township, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Anthony Rushetski (died in 1963). Anna was born in Bethlehem on Dec. 14, 1919 to the late Joseph S. and Agnes (Drobvsky) Pusch. She worked as a lay out operator for the former Western Electric in Allentown for 35 years, retiring in 1981. Anna was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, where she served as a full-time volunteer and overseer for many years. She was a graduate of Hellertown High School, Class of 1934, and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

SURVIVORS

Sister: Mary E. Polefka with whom she resided; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; caregiver: Charmaine Whyte. She was predeceased by brothers: Joseph S., Andrew and John M. Pusch.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 30, 2015 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield. The calling hour will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will conclude services at Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville.
