Beverly A. Weeks, of Bethlehem, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Beverly A. Weeks, of Bethlehem, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Norman K. Weeks. She was born in Bainbridge, N.Y., on May 14, 1933 to the late Elmer J. and Charlene (Johnston) Archer. Beverly worked as an office clerk for Borden Chemical in Bainbridge, N.Y. for over 40 years until retiring. Upon retirement, she moved to Hellertown. It was there that she became a very active participant in the local Newcomers Group for the balance of her life. Her outgoing personality and general “fun-girl” aura made her a favorite in her circle of friends as well as within her loving family and with their friends.

SURVIVORS

Sons: Steve (Tracie) Weeks of Charlotte, N.C., Jim (Anne) Weeks of Bethlehem, Gary (Anne Marie) Weeks of Hamilton, N.Y.; grandchildren: Stacey (Nathan) Parmenter of Fort Mill, S.C., Alison Weeks (fiance Patrick Dunlavey) of Charlotte, N.C., Shannon and Cameron Weeks, Katie and Lauren Weeks; great-grandsons: Connor and Garrett Parmenter. She was predeceased by her stepmother: Esther Archer.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. Public interment will be at noon, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Bainbridge, N.Y. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
