A Kentucky truck driver whose tractor-trailer was allegedly in violation of the PA Motor Vehicle Code’s Length of Vehicles statute was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, after Hellertown Police say he produced his brother’s driver’s license and claimed to be the other man when he was stopped in the 1700 block of Main Street around noon May 18.

In a news release issued Monday, police said they learned the true identity of Noman Elahi Kahloon, 28, of the 5700 block of Southern Parkway, Louisville, on May 26.

Kahloon was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail following an arraignment on the false identification charge before District Judge Richard Yetter, police said.
