The Upper Perkiomen School Board voted 8-1 Thursday to censure board member Raeann Hofkin and remove her from the board presidency for controversial Facebook comments she was accused of making in reference to PA Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine, who is a transgender woman. Hofkin said the comments were in reference to Pennsylvania governor Tom Wolf.
