Halloween 5K Will Benefit Autism Organization

Est. Read Time: < 1 min

A Halloween 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk in Hellertown will benefit both Team Gavin of Autism Speaks and the Saucon Valley Junior Class Prom Committee–and be an opportunity to run in your spookiest, scariest costume.

The Oct. 31 5K will start at 9 a.m. and the Fun Run/Walk–which is on a wheelchair and stroller-friendly course–will begin shortly thereafter, at 9:10 a.m. (rain or shine).

Both events will take place at Saucon Valley High School Stadium, 2100 Polk Valley Road, Hellertown.

Costumed participation is encouraged, and an award will be presented for Best Costume in addition to the traditional first place male and female awards.

Registration is $25 through Oct. 24. From Oct. 25 to race day the cost is $30. All pre-registered participants will receive a shirt in their size while supplies last.

Registration and shirt pickup will be from 8 to 9 a.m. on race day.
