An Upper Saucon Township man was issued a citation for “moving a parked vehicle without regard for safety” after police say he drove over the front end of a parked car in his pickup in the parking lot of Giant Food Store on Leithsville Road Dec. 9.
According to a Lower Saucon Township Police news release, Robert Sherer, of the 6900 block of Wimmer Road, “was pulling out of a parking space when he ran over the front end of the vehicle parked next to him with his pick-up.”
Police said the accident happened at 6:18 p.m.
