A Stroudsburg woman has been charged with abandonment of animals, after Lower Saucon Township Police say she left her dog in the 3600 block of Lower Saucon Road after she “had decided to abandon the property.”

In a news release issued Saturday, police said Tori Kadingo, of the 1100 block of W. Main Street, intentionally left a pit bull behind and without care when “she was asked to leave.”

Police learned that Kadingo had allegedly done this when they were called to the property “for removal of an aggressive pit bull” Saturday, the news release stated.
