SV Youth Lacrosse Club’s 7th/8th Grade Girls A Team Finishes Season 10-1

The Saucon Valley Youth Lacrosse Club’s 7th/8th Grade Girls A team completed its 2016 regular season with a 10-1 record, with the Panthers finishing in first place in the Lehigh Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse League (LVGYLL).

The Saucon Valley Youth Lacrosse Club’s 7th/8th Grade Girls A team completed its 2016 regular season with a 10-1 record, with the Panthers finishing in first place in the Lehigh Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse League (LVGYLL). The team headed into Saturday’s LVGYLL’s Quarry Clash in Lower Macungie, which is the league’s season-end tournament, as the top seed.
The team finished the one-day Quarry Clash tournament in third place, but had the best regular season finish for 7/8 girls since the Saucon Valley Youth program started.
The team played other local middle school and youth programs, such as Easton, Southern Lehigh, Moravian Academy, Emmaus, Parkland, Nazareth, Bethlehem Township and Pleasant Valley during the spring season.
The Saucon 7/8th grade A team is coached by Jennifer Zavacky and Rich Williams.
