Bullet Fired Through Bingen Road Home’s Window, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking the public for help with their investigation into an incident in which a bullet was fired through a window of a home in the 3200 block of Bingen Road on the evening of July 18.

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking the public for help with their investigation into an incident in which a bullet was fired through a window of a home in the 3200 block of Bingen Road Monday evening, July 18.

In a news release issued Friday, police said a resident of the home discovered a hole in her window and curtain which she believed was caused by a bullet.

“A .22 LR caliber slug was eventually recovered from the victim’s drywall across from the same window,” police said. “The origination of the slug is unknown.”

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
