St. Theresa School students Friday celebrated the Feast of St. Therese of Lisieux, “the Little Flower.”
The school community gathered to celebrate the Feast Day with a beautiful mass followed by a procession to the church grotto, where the statue of St. Theresa was adorned with roses.
Eighth grade student Clare Kenny dressed as the school’s Patron Saint.
“The heavens opened up in a bright light as a student from each grade placed a rose in a vase in her honor and then disappeared soon after,” a news release from the school stated. “It was a special day for the St. Theresa School community as they honored their Patron Saint, St. Theresa.”
