Who could have predicted that the psychic who for a number of years rented a two-room storefront at 612 Main Street in Hellertown would vacate the premises this summer?
Angelina and her crystal ball have apparently left the building, which means the glass-faced commercial space in between two food-related establishments–Hellertown Bakery and Sagra Bistro–is currently vacant and available for lease.
According to a real estate sign displayed in the front window, the listing is with Debi Rowland of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Valley Partners. Rowland can be reached at 610-554-9399 or 610-398-1967, according to the information on the sign.
A listing for 612 Main Street that appears on the Greater Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing website indicates that the asking price for the 500 square-foot space is $1,300 a month, which does not include utilities.
Renting the unit requires signing a long-term, triple net lease. In addition to the two rooms and a half bathroom on the first level it includes use of the basement, front and rear access and four parking spaces behind the building, according to the listing, which also notes that this location offers “great exposure” only minutes from I-78 and Rt. 378.
The unit once housed a law office, according to the listing.
Suggested uses per the real estate listing include beauty parlor, gift shop, medical offices, professional services, and research and development.
