Saucon Senior Wrestler Jason Lynch a ‘Beast’

Saucon senior wrestler Jason Lynch may not have won a championship over the weekend at the Beast of the East tournament, but he sure did accomplish a whole lot. Lynch finished fifth in a showcase reserved for some of the best wrestling programs in the country. Along the way, Lynch–who was unranked coming into the two-day tournament–ground to a couple of major decisions over the number 8 seed, Brett Simon from St. John’s College in Washington, D.C., and the number 9 seed, Andrew Sedleski from Lewisburg, Pa. Lynch was able to outscore his ranked opponents 23-2.
