A Bronx, N.Y., man is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver narcotics and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, after Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast say he was stopped on I-78 in Lower Saucon Township Tuesday evening and allegedly found to be in possession of about 10 ounces of cocaine with a street value of approximately $26,000.
