Lower Saucon Township Police say a nail technician at a local nail salon was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly asked an 18-year-old woman “inappropriate questions” while doing her nails Tuesday afternoon.
In a news release issued Friday, police said Vinn Hoang Nguyen, of the 3000 block of Longshore Avenue, Philadelphia, is employed at Crystal Nails, 3701 Rt. 378.
Police did not say in the news release why the questions were considered inappropriate.
