A resident of the 1400 block of Puggy Lane was cited under Lower Saucon Township’s nuisance ordinance for “the accumulation of garbage scattered about (her) property,” township police said in a news release Monday.

According to police, Phyllis Birk was cited after complaints were received by the department in mid-December.

Birk “was given several months and (received) numerous letters from the township to clean up the property. During this time more garbage was added to the property,” police said.
