Man Wanted for Theft Returned to Store, Acted Suspiciously, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they say is wanted for an alleged Jan. 26 retail theft from Giant Food Store, 1880 Leithsville Road.

Lower Saucon Township Police want to identify the man pictured in the above store surveillance image taken at Giant Food Store, 1880 Leithsville Road, on the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 22.

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they say is wanted for an alleged Jan. 26 retail theft from Giant Food Store, 1880 Leithsville Road.

On Wednesday at about 10:50 a.m. police say the unidentified man returned to the store and acted suspiciously.

In a Facebook post, police said he “entered the store and acted suspicious while speaking with employees, dropped merchandise on the ground and left the store.”

When the man left he drove off in a car that was photographed by store surveillance, police added, heading north on Rt. 412 after exiting the parking lot.

Anyone with information about him is asked to call police at 610-317-6110 or 610-759-2200.
