Mark Richard Price, 57, of Hellertown, passed away into God’s Kingdom on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township.

Mark Richard Price, 57, of Hellertown, passed away into God’s Kingdom on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Cynthia A. (Borowski) Price. He was born in Baton Rouge, La., on March 20, 1959 to Erla M. (Soday) Price of Cumberland, R.I., and the late Marvin R. Price. Mark taught chemistry and general science for 13 years at East Stroudsburg Area High School North until his illness. He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Hellertown. Mark connects with his loving family in the south who embraced him through life. To all those who made the difference, his family thanks them for their love and support.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his loving wife of six years; mother; daughters: Amanda N. Price of Easton, Carly S. Price of Philadelphia, Mary Kate Fenerty, Elizabeth K. Fenerty, both of Hellertown; siblings: Kathy Sullivan of North Providence, R.I., Brian K. of Pawtucket, R.I.; granddaughter: Kenleigh Fenerty.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017 at First UCC, 501 Northampton St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by his service at 2 p.m. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.

CONTRIBUTIONS

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
