Two Bethlehem Township men will be charged with trespassing and scattering rubbish (illegal dumping), Lower Saucon Township Police said Wednesday.

Two Bethlehem Township men will be charged with trespassing and scattering rubbish (illegal dumping), Lower Saucon Township Police said Wednesday.

According to police, Christopher J. Kirk, of the 2000 block of Fifth Street, and Charles E. Robinson, of the 2000 block of Tenth Street, were in a pickup truck when they allegedly backed it onto a property in the 2500 block of Redington Road and dumped garbage on the property before leaving the area.

Police said this alleged activity happened shortly before 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 27, and was captured on film by the homeowner’s surveillance system.

That footage was used to identify Kirk and Robinson, police said.
