Ingredients: Bread (Texas toast recommended), milk (optional: cream or half-and-half), 2 large eggs, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, pinch of salt, splash of vanilla extract, butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar (optional)
