Lower Saucon Township Police want to identify the driver of the white vehicle in this photo. They say she is a woman in her 40s who was wearing a waitress-type uniform at the time of a hit-and-run accident that occurred Wednesday at Apples Church Road and Rt. 412.

Lower Saucon Township Police said Thursday they are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred Wednesday evening at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Apples Church Road and Leithsville Road (Rt. 412).

In a post on the department’s Crimewatch site police said a white crossover-type vehicle turned left onto Leithsville Road from Apples Church Road and struck a vehicle whose driver was turning left onto Apples Church Road from Leithsville Road.

Police provided a surveillance photo of the white vehicle, which they said was driven by someone who pulled into the parking lot of S&P Auto adjacent to the intersection before leaving the scene headed north without providing any information to the other driver.

Police said the driver of the white vehicle was described as a woman in her 40s who was “wearing a uniform similar to that of a waitress.”

Anyone with information about the driver is asked to contact Lower Saucon Township Police by calling 610-317-6110 and referencing Inc. #20190828M1493 or submitting an online tip via the anonymous Crimewatch tip line.
