In Pennsylvania fall is a great time of year to be outside, and according to the state's Fish and Boat Commission this fall there are some fantastic fishing opportunities to be had statewide.
From 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., no license will be required to fish. However, all other fishing regulations, including seasons and creel limits, will still apply.
