As Pennsylvania’s primary election day rapidly approaches, officials are encouraging registered voters to make a plan to cast their ballots, whether that means voting in person, voting by mail or dropping off a completed ballot in a secure drop box.
Are you planning to vote by mail, but also to refrain from using the United States Postal Service to deliver your ballot to county election officials? Northampton County has a plan to ensure that your ballot is secure and your vote, counted.
The annual Hellertown Community Yard Sale this Saturday, June 6 will include dozens of individual yard sales throughout the borough between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Maps issued Wednesday by the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce–which hosts the annual event–include listings for approximately 90 yard sales. There are so many sales that the map is divided into two pages: one for north Hellertown, and the other for south Hellertown. For additional sales not listed on the maps, be sure to search the garage sale category on the Lehigh Valley Craigslist page using the term “Hellertown,” since many families hosting sales will likely be advertising them there. Another tool to utilize to find yard sales taking place in Hellertown and Lower Saucon Township this Saturday is the website YardSaleSearch.com. There is no rain date for the event.
