Lower Saucon Township Manager Jack Cahalan announced publicly at township council’s meeting Monday that he intends to retire at the end of 2015. Cahalan has been township manager for 13 years, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the township. Cahalan agreed to do that. Council vice president called Cahalan’s decision to step down “the end of an era.”
