According to an Express-Times story, a Lower Saucon Township woman was charged with retail theft from Wegmans in Lower Nazareth Township Wednesday, after Colonial Regional Police say she ate two egg rolls in a store aisle and then put a pack of them in her purse before exiting the Rt. 248 supermarket without paying.

According to the story, police say Ruime Kaja, 53, of the 2200 block of Leithsville Road, also tried to shoplift five packages of pastries which, along with the egg rolls, were worth more than $50.
