Est. Read Time: < 1 min

In an announcement, PennDOT District 5 officials said motorists should expect delays for paving work in the area of Rt. 412 and Emery Street in South Bethlehem between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday.

The work area will be controlled by flaggers, and motorists should use caution driving through the work zone, PennDOT said.

This work is part of a $36 million Rt. 412 widening project that began in March 2012.

PennDOT said the majority of the project’s construction is expected to be complete by the end of this year, with the overall project expected to be complete in 2016.
