Man Drove Around Turning School Bus, Over Double Yellow Line, Police Say

A Lower Saucon Township man was cited for an alleged No Passing violation after township police say he crossed over the double yellow line on Black River Road in a no passing zone to get around a Saucon Valley school bus that was turning right onto Sanbrook Drive.

A Lower Saucon Township man was cited for an alleged No Passing violation after township police say he crossed over the double yellow line on Black River Road in a no passing zone to get around a Saucon Valley school bus that was turning right onto Sanbrook Drive.

In a news release issued Wednesday, police said Brian Becklin, 41, of the 1100 block of Spring Valley Road, was westbound and following the bus when the alleged passing infraction happened at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday.
